How many floors does the Villa have? Is there an elevator?

The hotel 3 floors plus the ground floor and an elevator is available.

Do the rooms have a balcony?

Only the Classic rooms on the third floor have a private balcony with a partial view of the lake.

Are there any non-smoking rooms available?

Yes, all our guests are asked to not smoke in the rooms.

Are connecting rooms available?

The Villa does not have interconnecting rooms, we can offer rooms nearby for family needs or our Master Suites can accommodate two extra beds.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You may check-in after 3:00 pm. If you should arrive early and we are not able to give you your room, we will do our best to get it to you as soon as possible. But you may have to way. Upon departure, unless otherwise discussed, you must leave your room by 11.00 pm.

Where may I book the Villa Crespi “experiences”?

On the hotel’s website, in the Booking online section, you’ll find our guaranteed best prices and exclusive experiences and of course providing you with maximum data security.

Will I be charged anything at the moment of booking?

Your credit card information is required only as a reservation guarantee. We ask for your authorization for the price of the room, but we do not charge you.

May I cancel my booking?

Yes, without penalties, if you fall within the terms of our cancellation policy. If you booked directly from our site, please contact us directly. If you used any other online portals, you will have to contact them directly.

Does the Hotel offer a gym and/or a spa?

No, not directly but we do have a Wellness Suite with a selected range of massages and treatments personally chosen by Cinzia Primatesta, Maître de Maison, for the wellbeing of our guests.

Are pets allowed at Villa Crespi?

Upon request, we do accept small dogs at no extra charge and they are allowed in all of the Villa’s common areas. They are also allowed in the restaurant, but we do ask you to tell us at the moment of booking. This way we may reserve a table in a quieter corner.

Does the hotel offer Concierge service?

The reception is more than happy to help you plan your stay and make it more comfortable. General information, reservations for restaurants, theaters, car rentals with or without a driver, bike rentals, babysitting, and many other services may be arranged for the client upon request.

What is the nearest airport?

The nearest airport is Milan Malpensa just 45 minutes away from Lake Orta. Villa Crespi can arrange private transfers to and from the airports in Milan and Bergamo and/or to and from any other destination.

What is the nearest train station?

The Orta-Miasino train station is just 800 meters from Villa Crespi. The Hotel offers a free shuttle service. We also recommend the Arona station on Lake Maggiore and can organize a shuttle. You’ll reach Villa Crespi in just 20 minutes.

Does the restaurant have a dress code?

We do require our guests to be dressed in elegant, yet casual attire. Gentlemen are asked kindly to NOT wear t-shirts, shorts, and/or open shoes.

When is the restaurant closed?

The restaurant is closed all day on Mondays and at lunch on Tuesdays.

What are the hours for lunch and dinner?

Lunch is available from 12:30pm to 2:00pm and dinner from 7:30pm to 9:00pm.

In the case of allergies or intolerances?

Any course or tasting menu may be personalized according to allergies and intolerances of all our guests.

Are there any menus dedicated to vegetarians?

Villa Crespi has a dedicated menu for vegetarians and gluten-free.
